Step 1: Adding Context for Fluint AI

Learn how to bring deal research, call transcripts, and other notes into Fluint as context before generating content

1. Identify Context Sources

Before Fluint can generate tailored content for your specific deals and buyers, it first needs context to write with. Think of the following as potential sources for adding deal-specific information in Fluint:

  • Call recordings/transcripts (.VTT files)
  • Account research notes
  • Email threads, etc.

Call transcripts tend to be the richest source of information because they allow Fluint to lean into your buyer's language when generating content. However, other context can be stored in Fluint as well - generally speaking, any text-based context will work.

2. Set Up a Meetings Integration

There are several ways to bring call transcripts into Fluint automatically:

  • Set up a calendar integration using the Fluint Notetaker in meetings (Gmail or Outlook compatible)
  • Or, enable our integration with Zoom, Gong, or Salesloft to capture meeting transcripts and recordings (available to customers on a team license with Fluint)

If none of our integration partners are an option for you (and you don't want to use the free Fluint Notetaker), you always have the ability to upload call transcripts manually.

  • Copy/paste all text from a .DOCX, .TXT or .PDF file
  • Upload a .VTT transcript file by clicking "Meetings" --> "New Transcript"

3. Upload Notes to a Blank Document

Create a blank document to add any additional text to Fluint. Consider adding account research, notes, or an important email thread.

You can also use a blank document as a canvas for note-taking when live on calls.

Select an existing deal, click 'New Document', and click 'Start from Scratch':

All of the above enable Fluint to create tailored documents that quickly and concisely reflect the key priorities of your buyers in the language they need to move the deal forward.

Key takeaways:

  • Identify sources for adding context to your deals in Fluint
  • Set up a calendar integration to automatically pull in call recordings/transcripts
  • Use Freeform documents to add deal notes and research into Fluint, including call transcripts that aren't pulled automatically into the platform
