Step 2: Generating Content in Fluint

Generate tailored deal content with Fluint's AI frameworks and discovery insights




1. Getting Started

  • Navigate to a deal page with existing context (such as account notes or meeting transcripts)
  • Click the "New Document" button at the top of the page
  • Choose a content template from Fluint's prebuilt framework library:
    • Business Cases
    • Account Plans
    • Internal Deal Briefs
    • Post-Demo Recap Emails, etc.


2. Customizing Your Document
Before generating content, you can refine how Fluint uses your deal context:

  • Select or deselect specific pieces of context (e.g., exclude technical demos for executive-level summaries, avoid including past generated documents)
  • Feed additional prompting into the bottom box for extra tailored output (optional). Things like:
    • "Write this for a CTO's perspective"
    • "Write this document in Spanish"
    • "Emphasize operations-based details and timelines"

3. Leveraging Discovery Gaps
Use Discovery Gaps to continuously strengthen your message and maintain deal momentum by:

    • Identifying discovery gaps in real-time
    • Providing targeted questions for your champions
    • Highlighting areas where specific numbers or metrics would strengthen your narrative

4. Exploring Frameworks
To access the complete library of pre-built frameworks, choose "Frameworks" from the home screen. Browse through available templates for any stage of your sales process.
