Create Your Own AI-Powered Templates with Fluint Custom Frameworks
When to Create a Custom Framework
If you find yourself modifying existing frameworks, craving a specific meeting follow-up you regularly use, or needing to align your company's pre-structured templates, you may want to explore setting up a Custom Framework in Fluint:
Step 1: Access the Frameworks Library
Navigate to the 'Frameworks' library from your home menu and select 'New Framework'
- Click "Generative" to create an AI-powered framework
- Choose whether to make your framework private or accessible to your entire organization
- Select a category for content type
Step 2: Set Up the Context Prompt
At the top of the page, provide instructions for Fluint's AI model by specifying:
- Your role (e.g., "I am an Account Manager at [Your Company Name]")
- The type of content you're creating
Example AI context prompt:
"I am an account executive at [Company Name] writing a Business Case. Use the context provided here to fill in the framework by inserting content between the < > tags based on the description provided inside those tags. Do not include < > in your output. Write as much as you're able for each section."
Step 3: Build Your Framework Template
In the main editing area, think of this as your canvas. This is where you'll draft what you want the template output to look like. Start by copy/pasting from an existing framework or email format, or start designing from scratch.
- Add static text that should appear in every document.
- Include sections for AI-generated content between caret icons (< >). Write clear instructions for the AI agent
- Use the formatting toolbar to add headers, bold text, generate bullets or simple tables.

Step 4: Preview and Refine
Test your framework by using the preview function and dropping in context (meeting notes, transcripts, account information). Generate a test document to verify formatting and content, and make adjustments to your framework as needed!
Once created, you can use your framework by:
- Navigating to a deal page and selecting 'New Document'
- Select your custom framework from the dropdown menu
- Pick and choose the context you want to use (e.g., a recent demo)
- Generate!
